Tiffany, 58, worked as a salesperson at Fereirra's Shoe Store in Downtown Vancouver for the last 10 years without a written contract of employment. Tiffany and Cristiane Fereirra, the owner of the store, were two very different people with widely different views on politics, religion, sports and everything you can think of. When they were both working at the shoe store, they often got into disagreements about things. However, Tiffany was an excellent salesperson and Cristianne overlooked their differences because she liked her. However, on one Friday evening, the store was extremely busy and full of customers, Cristiane started to trash the Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, and his liberal party on their response on the Covid-19 pandemic. Tiffany liked Justine Trudeau and she was a member of the Liberal party and supported their policies. She said to Cristiane, "please stop, you know you are wrong. The liberals did just right". Cristiane, who is hot tempered. yelled at Tiffany, "I am fed up with your complaints and crazy ideas. I will say whatever I want to. Get out of here! Your are done here! Do not come back!". Shocked with Cristiane's response, Tiffany feft the store. If Tiffany sues Fereirra's Shoe Store for unlawful dismissal, what is she entitled to, if anything? And what would the court consider in making its decision here? Explain in detail what factors the court would look at in your answer.
