I was hoping you would be able to put together an Effective Communication training for them to help get everyone back on the right track." There are 10 project coordinators in the IT department. Two of theproject coordinatorsare in the organization'sBangkok office.Tim wants the training to last no longer than 4 hours and wants it to be face-to-face in a classroom with you, the trainer. He does not want tofly the Bangkokassociates in and would like you to set up a Skypesession with them during your training. He also wants you to set up weekly coaching sessions with each project manager and himself for a month after the training is completed.
