Time, days Spartalizumab was studied in patients with various solid tumors. Five different groups were studied with different dosing rates (1 mg/kg given every 2 weeks (Red squares), 3mg/kg given every 2 weeks (Black triangles), 10mg/kg every 2 weeks (Blue circles), 3mg/kg every 4 weeks (Orange diamonds) and 5mg/kg every 4 weeks (Green stars). The data given are during the third cycle of administration when steady state is expected to have been reached.
