Time management is something | am really passionate about. | am a full-time mom, marketing assistant (at two jobs) and photographer. That makes my schedule really hectic most days. So, | have found multiple ways to utilize my time better. First being waking up an hour earlier. | know what you're thinking "sleep is too good for that\" BUT | learned that getting up earlier. Getting my day and myself set up for success was helping me finish more tasks. Helping me utilize my time well. Another thing | do is keep my planner on me wherever | go, if | can write it down then chances are | will remember what is going on way better. The last thing | like to do to ensure | am utilizing my time well is take "me breaks". That could be 5-10 min scrolling social media or going on a quick walk. If I don't have "me time" | will not be successful when it comes to everything else, | have to juggle. Making sure we set time aside for ourselves helps ensure we do tasks better. | often find myself procrastinating tasks that seem too difficult. In order to help this | like to do difficult task in sections. For example, if | have 500 marketing kits | need to make or 500 photos | need to edit | would do 100 at a time. Do another quick task, maybe take "me time" then finish the one | would usually find myself procrastinating until the end of the day. This week when it comes to academics the SMART component, | need to work on is time management. This has been hard since finding out | am pregnant and being super high risk. My plan is to make a realistic plan for how | can juggle it all. This is an ongoing task for me but im slowly working on it. | work 5 days a week at a full time job and also take care of an elderly sweet lady on the weekends from 12-7. | have been trying to work on everything on the weekends because those are the times when I really can focus and get things done. The Discussion posts on Thursdays are a challenge for me because of my schedule. So Time managing is a weekly challenge for me but | am slowly being able to accomplish little tasks to complete my overall goal
