They made a video also to show off the design of a futuristic newspaper designed to make newspaper more accessible to all the consumers while adding some relevant apps inside the tablet. The video went viral in 2011 after it was posted in numerous websites and blogs. The person behind the tablet even published an essay describing a tablet future would be very bright and that it will become famous especially in the business sector. While Apple and Samsung going through many technological advancements in iPad and tablet, the newspaper company focused on content creation and not the hardware side. They finally decided that because all the newspaper content will be accessible on iPad and other technological devices, they should not patent its tablet design and should scrap the project because screens took too much energy, and it was too expensive. On the basis of the above scenario, please answer the following questions: (Total Marks: 25) a) Do you think the newspaper made a wise decision to abandon the project when it did? Why or why not?
