Title VII has played a crucial role in addressing discrimination, but it is imperative for organizations to surpass mere adherence to current legislation and actively foster equitable and inclusive work environments. Organizations can actively contribute to enhancing the workplace environment and fostering greater equality through the implementation of education and training programs, promotion of transparent hiring and promotion practices, establishment of mentorship and sponsorship initiatives, and addressing pay equity. With more women in government, we can hope to see more labor laws that promote these goals
