To assess the impact of the intervention, the evaluation strategy employed will focus on short-, mid-, and long-term impact and effectiveness. The short-term evaluations will assess the immediate outcomes, such as participation satisfaction with the professional development sessions and knowledge enhancement, using post-training surveys, pre-and post-training assessments, and classroom walkthroughs. These evaluations will happen immediately at the start of the implementation process and continue throughout the completion of each professional development session
