To complete this part of the assessment, you will be required to participate in a role plays consisting of two verbal exchanges with the aid of group members. The two verbal exchanges need to be conducted separately and will be self-directed and recorded by you. Upon completion you will be required to upload the recordings onto the learning platform as evidence for marking. Your demonstration will be used as part of the overall evidence requirements of this unit. You should refer to the list of criteria provided in the Observation Checklists to identify the skills you need to demonstrate in the role plays.
