To compute the Standard hours, should I multiply the actual units produced at 69,000 by the standard hours of 10.50? Because I was also thinking that I should multiply the planning budget of 64,000 by 10.50. Which is correct? Please explain. I am confused because to get the Standard Quantity you would definitely multiply the planning budget of 64,000 by .5.
