To continue on form part one, a few higher-level characteristics of a successful entrepreneur are self-motivation, goal-oriented mindsets, adaptability, and a desire to minimize risk but not afraid to take risks. I would like to say that I am not afraid of taking risks, am self-motivated, and adaptable. When it comes to the personality traits, I am probably a hybrid between Manager & Entrepreneur. While I enjoy being in charge and building a team, I am not afraid of delegating a task to someone else. There are times that the customer's satisfaction is more important and I'll do more than I should but only to a certain extent. That is why I believe I fall between both traits
