To enhance the Lang School of HFTM program and the local community, I have provided Pj's with 6 implementable short-term and long-term strategies linked to the vision. These strategies enable Pj's to become sustainable, reduce costs, and provide customers with a restaurant experience. To improve students' educational experience, we can introduce more practical activities and realistic scenarios into the HFTM program. This can include case studies, role plays, and simulations of actual restaurant operations. Then, to increase revenue, we can explore these strategies, such as introducing new menu items, offering special promotions, and hosting fun events. To strengthen the restaurant's role as a community center, we can host community events and partner with local businesses to become friendlier with the community. Finally, to improve the guest experience, we can train our staff to provide excellent customer service, create a comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere, and consistently provide high-quality food and beverages.
