To ensure the sustainability of change initiatives aimed at addressing hospital staffing shortages, as a healthcare administrator I must take a proactive approach. This includes monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the strategies implemented, adapting to changing circumstances, and continuously seeking ways to improve. Also, effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders, including staff, federal, state, and local agencies are essential for the success and sustainability of these initiatives.
