To lead an organization and or team effectively the leader needs to grow others by adding value to his /her team members. before a leader can add value to others, he /she needs to add value and grow himself /herself personally and professionally. 

• Developed a plan to grow yourself so that you can be a better professional .. it has to be relevant to you personally and to you professionally as a leader in a position of responsibility in athletics , recreation , fitness performance, facility event management. 
• identify your strength and weakness give specific in what you would include in the plan . 
• this plan should include strategies and activities to enhance your growth .
• explain what you attempt to improve , how you will accomplish this and why you are doing what you are doping?
