To obtain a search warrant in criminal matters, the law enforcement official must offer evidence that;

a.there is probable cause to believe that a crime was committed.

b.there is probable cause to believe that the search will assist in the investigation.

c.there is probable cause to believe that the suspect will flee.

d.both a and b must be established.
