To prepare for the exam, I would like you to pull key concepts/theories/models from the chapters of the Leadership textbook by Hughes, Ginnet & Curphy (2022) to summarize these key concepts/theories/models and to share what you think about it.

For this forum response (Part 2)

• Define, at least 3 concepts/theories/models from each of the chapters 9-16 (24 definitions in total - and this will take you over the suggested word count for the forum response for this particular forum)
• In your definition share why you think that concept/theory/model is important? or, why it is effective? or, why it is not effective? - this is your thoughts about it.

Chapters 9-13 - focus is on the followers and leadership, and Chapters 14-16 - focus is on the situation and leadership.

Once you are done, read the definitions of concepts/theories/models created by other students to see similarities and differences, and to create a master study guide for yourself for chapters 1-8.
