Presenting Issue: The client, Diana was referred by her teacher and assistant principal for assistance with managing current stressors at home and at school which also includes bullying.

Relevant Information: Diana has a history of bullying from her past schools and current school. She expressed her feelings to her teacher regarding the bullying. Diana also has a distanced relationship with her father due to her father's new marriage.

Goal of Session: Client Goal: Diana's goal is to express herself and find healthy coping skills to manage her stress in school and at home. Your Goal: My goal as a social work intern is to assist Diana in developing a plan to learn and use coping skills when at home and in school.
