To reduce the risk of prosecution an Officer must be able to show: a) A "Statement of Personal Commitment" in their office. b) The number of leadership visits completed for the last 12 months. c) All the steps they have been taken to exercise due diligence to ensure that the company complies with the WHS duties. d) A training certificate that they have completed this training module
