To start your project, you should select a specific topic within one organization (e.g., new employee orientation in an IT company in Louisiana). The more specific, the better. Any type of organization would be fine as long as you can apply the project components below. You need to deal with the problem that you invent, know, or observe (which may be solved through training programs). You need to use a fictitious name for your organization if the selected organization is real. Your needs analysis is based on your simulated scenario. You will not conduct real needs analysis because of the limited course schedule. Although your needs analysis is not real, it should be feasible and doable in your practice. The results of your needs analysis should provide justification for the reasons why your training program is important/why this training should be developed, regardless of existing similar programs. Based on your topic, organizational contexts, and needs analysis, you will develop task analysis, lesson plans, and other components in the final project
