Now that the Change Management Plan and strategic strategies are being implemented and all employees are working flat out, I think it would be a good time to try and raise morale a bit.

I would like you to lead a brainstorming session with representatives from each department. The purpose of this session is to try and create and maintain a positive work environment by brainstorming ways that the organisation can encourage work teams and individual employees to develop innovative approaches to the performance of work. I'm hoping that the employees can come up with some great ideas that can be further explored.
