Today and for many years my organization has been very forward-thinking leading us to reimagine how technology can improve core business processes. While my organization has been successful in identifying and executing on new opportunities to increase employee engagement, I believe that fostering a more creative culture by including implementation of a more strategic approach to brainstorming activities that involve diverse employee groups. How might this the problem be manifesting within the organization? What "symptoms" could the organization have displayed that would lead one to diagnose this
