o Demolition is $30$ days, but can start after SDs are complete

o IT install is $21$ days after the equipment arrives, and after Construction complete

o Other FF$+$E is $14$ days from Construction complete

o SDs will take $21$ days

o DDs will take $21$ days

o CDs will take $21$ days

$$ IT

o Need to order $$long lead time equipment right away: and will take $4$ months to arrive

o $$Long lead time items$$ cannot be specified until SDs are complete

$$ Facilities

o Move in will take $14$ days from Landlord being $100\%$ complete
