TODEMA entered into a commercial contract with Coppel signed approximately a year ago, which establishes the terms of sale between both companies, as well as the payment terms and everything that TODEMA and Coppel are obliged to comply with. Labor Legal Framework

In Dragontronics two types of contract are handled:

The working day is 48 hours a week, from Monday to Saturday and in the event that overtime is required, it is paid in accordance with the provisions of the law. Dragontronics does not have a union, so the employment relationship is given by commitment, another of the values that are lived every day in the organization.

The company is registered as a legal entity and operates under strict tax compliance regulations, so it is currently up to date and in order with current regulations.
Intellectual property
Dragontronics is registered with the IMPI of the TODEMA brand, which it uses for its commercial furniture; TODEMA is the brand that they are interested in positioning in the market and for this reason it has the intellectual property registry.
