He lived for a few months in the United States from the date he became a permanent resident of Canada and returned to Canada on 01, March, 2017 and began his employment on March 05, 2017. From 01, March, 2017 to date Tom Logan has been living in Canada while he usually visited his family in the United States over the weekends. Tom lost his PR card on 18 Aug 2021 when he returned from the United States to Canada. He is not sure whether he lost it at the last port of entry from the United States to Canada or at his house or car. He did a thorough search of his house and car, but he could not locate his PR Card. After making a police report he came to your office. You provide an initial consultation and now you would like to check if Mr. Logan meets the residency obligation in order to apply for a new PR card.
