TomorrowNow, Inc was a company based in Bryan, TX. The company was also a parent company of SAP, Inc out of Germany. TomorrowNow was accused in 2007 of stealing proprietary intellectual property material from Oracle, Inc. The basis of the complaint (U.S. C. Title 18) was on the notion that, TomorrowNow, would download technical data off Oracles servers. This activity was perform to give technical support to all TomorrowNow customers using Oracle products. You, as an investigator, need to predicate your case and make recommendations to the United States Attorneys Office on why such a case is, and should be prosecuted under U.S.C. title 18.
