Tony, a 33 year old logger went to the Binge Bar. Tony became very drunk and was being rude to the bar waitress. He was therefore cut off from further drinking and asked to leave. Tony headed to the door; however, he was doing so very slowly. 2 bouncers, Wayne and Wally, grabbed Tony, opened the bar door and threw him out causing Tony to fall down the stairs backwards hitting his head. As a consequence of the fall Tony was rendered quadriplegic.
