Topic 2:Operation Boo

Watch a video on Operation Boo. Some would argue that the parolee's First Amendment rights of freedom of expression (ability to give out candy) and freedom of association (ability to associate with children, especially when their criminal offense had nothing to do with children) are being violated. Justify Operation Boo using (1) the deontological system and (2) the utilitarian theory of ethics. Begin by explaining the central theme of each of these systems.
