a. Nachelle bought a silk dress and was assured that it will not shrink when washed. But it shrank when she washed it the first time. She asked to have her money back.

b. Micaella bought a dress wore it to a party, decided that the color does not suit her took the dress back to the store and asked that the dress be changed to another color.

c. Mrs.Suarez bought boxes of ready to cook cake mixtures which were advertised to make specially good cakes. Her first cake was a failure. She went back to the grocery to return the mixture and a refund for her money.
