Pyromix Ltd. manufacture Korean BBQ gas grills for home use.Dunnings Warehouse sells the Pyromix grills exclusively on their website.Kerry loves Korean food and decides to purchase a Pyromix grill from Dunnings.The day that the grill arrives, Kerry invites her brother, Arnie, and best friend, Tom to come to her house for Korean BBQ.Kerry secures the gas canister into its housing and switches the burner to high.Everything is going well and all three are thoroughly enjoying their meal when suddenly the grill explodes, burning Arnie's arm severely.Arnie had carelessly placed a can of flammable liquid (deodorant) next to the stove during the meal, which also exploded, adding to Arnie's injury.Arnie now wants to claim for all the damages he has suffered due to his injuries.
