TOPIC: BINOMIAL & POISSON DISTRIBUTIONS

I am in need of some help. My boss has asked me to restructure our warehouse operations. He says he's viewed operators king of "not doing anything" while at other times he's seen operators overwhelmed on other shifts. He thinks morale is suffering and I need to fix this.

How do I keep my job? How do I use the Binomial or Poisson Distribution to keep my job?
