Make a list of at least 10 activities or behaviors that you can engage in without question because of who you are as a person with certain statuses (ex., status afforded your gender, ethnicity, race, SES, age).

Now imagine one of your statuses changed: For example, you and your parents or significant other lose all financial resources and housing due to a natural disaster and a crash in the stock market. How would the list of privileges change now that you at a lower level of economic stability?

Would some of the privileges disappear?

Would new privileges appear?

Make a second list of privileges that reflect these changes.
