Topic of "Flawless Consulting" stresses that the Engagement & Implementation portion of the Consulting Process is critical. However, it also emphasizes that implementing the Consultants recommendations is a level of value that the Consultant may offer, but often is overlooked by both the Client and the Consultant. At this point in the process, the Client often would like to execute the change. Although this is not a bad option, perhaps a better option is to allow the Consultant to act either, as an independent outside change agent or in an oversight capacity (role) to assist the Client implement change. After reading this topic please read the Article, "Presentation 101" and also research the "Change Management Model by Kurt Lewin.

 1. identify the elements of the Engagement & Implementation Phase of "Flawless Consulting". 

2. assume that you are in a discussion with a Client, select a specific organizational issue - example, difficulty in introducing new products to the market or, or, or ... and briefly explain and or describe the issue at hand and also explain - how you would recommend acting as a "change agent" for your client.How would you position your services, benefits and overall value to the client.

3. describe in general terms how you, as a Consultant, would implement change using Lewins' model, as applies to your example in item 2 above.
