Topic: Planning step for investment analysis

You are working as an equity research analyst in a brokerage house. Your head of research assigned a task to conduct a research on a company (selected company) and conclude your remarks along with the performance over a week period (in terms of price).

• Read and summarize the Directors report important highlight for management strategies or any new investment planned by the board of directors of the company.
• Track the price trend over the week from 18^th Oct 2021 to 22^nd Oct 2021.
• Highlight the significant risk associated with the company.
