DB Electrical Ltd (DBE). is responsible for the maintenance of the sound and electrical system in a concert area. Due to DBE's negligence, a fire broke out at the front door of the arena during a concert, which spread like wildfire in the crowd.

Kamal was badly injured in the fire. When he was told of the extent of his injuries, he suffered clinical depression.

Lisa was at the back of the arena and ran forward to try to pull people away from the fire. She pulled away some people who were very badly burned and she was so upset by what she saw she now feels unable to attend concerts.

Kamal's brother, Mohammed was not at the Concert and received a phone call from the hospital telling him that Kamal had been taken to the intensive care unit at the local hospital. When he arrived, he saw the full extent of Kamal's burns. He was so shocked that he has since developed post-traumatic stress disorder.
