In the fit of anger, Angelo uttered quite loudly that he would have Jon killed for P20,000 for sleeping with the former's wife. Upon hearing Angelo's utterance, Mike offered to do the deed for him. Angelo paid Mike to execute the plan. When Angelo's anger subsided the next day, he told Mike to forget about what they talked about the night before. Does Angelo have the right to recover P20,000 from Mike?
