Tort law question:

If P is a landlord and his house caught a fire negligent set by D, and P went to rescue, in this situation, is P also a rescuer? (P is merely trying to protect his own property)

If P is also recognized as a rescuer, D would own a duty to P as a rescuer and should be liable for P, right?
