[TOTAL: 40 PTS] An insulated 1" Sch. 40 steel pipe 25m long is carrying steam at 350C and 2atm at a rate of 0.025kg/s. The insulation is 7.5mm thick and has a thermal conductivity of 0.08W/mK. The insulation is painted with flat black lacquer. The surroundings are at 21C. a. Calculate the heat loss ( 20pts) b. Predict the film temperature ( 20pts) As the steam is very hot, it can be assumed that the inside wall temperature containing the steam is identical to its bulk temperature (Tsteam, bulk=Tpipe, insidesurface). Use the Sieder and Tate correlation to predict the convective coefficient for steam, and the Rayleigh-Churchill-Chu correlation to predict the convective coefficient for air
