I do appreclate an honest estimate when I request one. I do not appreclate $$440$ worth of unsolicited repalis I do not appreclate repalr costs that are $40$ percent higher than the competition's costs. And of course, I find the fact that the same part has to be replaced twice within seven days to be ridiculous.

Needless to say, I will not be rehuining my vehicle to your service department again.
