Tourism department operates boating facility at one of the Island in Terengganu. There are a number of boats with different capacities. These boats are owned by a number of

boatmen. A boatman may own a number of boats but a boat is owned by only one

boatman. Each boat has an identifying number. Tourist groups book boats according to

their group size. Thus a group may book more than one boat or several groups may book the same boat. Groups are charged on number of persons, hours booked and boat type. A record of all rides is kept by the department to charge boatmen a certain percentage of their income.
