Traffic Light Modifications The National Automobile Association of America has written up your small town as The worst ticket trap west of the Rockies and local investigations are already underway. Fortunately local residents have been complaining about waiting at North/South red lights long after all the traffic has cleared the intersection, thus providing you an opportunity to improve the system and remove all traces of the fastest yellow in the west.

Your tasks are:

1. Delete all traces of your revenue enhancement project to stay one step ahead of the investigation.

2. Modify the North/South Left Turn signal such that the first car will receive 0.8 seconds to clear the intersection, and every car after that will receive another 0.5 seconds, up to a maximum of 2.2 seconds.

3. Modify the East/West signal such that the first car will receive 0.8 seconds to clear the intersection, and every car after that will receive another 0.35 seconds, up to a maximum of 2.8 seconds.
