Ir. Jamillah is a single mother with 5 children. Three of her children are studying in a university and the other two are still in the secondary school. One of her children who is doing her degree in a local university is disabled. Currently, Ir. Jamillah is working as a senior manager at JrT Engineering Berhad. For the year ended 31 December 2021, she received the following employment income and benefits from the company. She was given by the company a fully furnished bungalow house to reside with a gardener and a domestic servant. The rental for the house was RM6,000 per month, including RM1,000 for furniture. For the year ended 31 December 2021, she paid for her parent's medical expenses amounted RM10,000. She also bought education takaful for her children and paid annual premium of RM400 each child. On top of that, she also paid a monthly subscription of internet worth RM 160 per month. Ir. Jamillah paid RM25,000 for zakat on income and she saved RM5,000 in the Skim Simpanan Pendidikan Nasional (SSPN) for her children. She also contributed 11% of her salary in EPF and RM9,000 takaful contribution. In 2021, her monthly salary deduction for tax totalled up to RM30,000. Ir. Jamillah bought a new laptop for her son worth RM4,000 and purchased books for RM2,400 during the year.
