Transnational Capitalism describes our current "Social Structure of Accumulation" (SSA), which is distinct from the previous SSA (Regulated Capitalism) by the role of labor in the US, global supply chains, tax incentives, immigration, and "financialization."

But much of this distinction is being put to the test by COVID19 and government reactions (local, state, national and foreign governments).
