Travis decided to play a practical joke on Terri, a co$-$worker. As Terri was leaving the office one night, Travis, wearing a mask, stepped out from behind some bushes. He pointed a realistic looking handgun made out of licorice at her and demanded her purse or else he would kill her. Terri was afraid he would shoot her. Terri was a fifth degree black belt. When Travis pointed the gun barrel at her, Terri grabbed his wrist and twisted it$.$ It broke, making him drop the gun. Terri filed a civil lawsuit against Travis.
