The stock price of Teva Pharmaceutical industries plummeted after results of a study of 892 women came out showing one of the company's drugs tripled the risk of breast cancer in women. But an analysts says the result is not "Statistically significant". Assuming the study was a properly randomized experiment, does this mean the analyst thinks that tripling the risk of cancer is not significant?
