Tripsundone has undergone dramatic growth in recent years. To help manage this growth Tripsundone management has: moved from an informal structure to a functional structure five years ago; and then from a functional structure to a divisional structure (based on regions) more recently. Discussions have now commenced around the consideration of moving to a matrix structure based on regions by key products (see below).
