True or false: Moving from one point on the production possibility curve to another point on the curve means there has been a change in productive efficiency.

(So I think the answer is true and am mainly looking for confirmation from a tutor. I understand that the curve is already the most efficient part but i'm having trouble expressing my understanding of how moving along the curve has to be a change in product efficiency because the curve has all the combinations of efficiency in it, so could you please help me express myself better)
