T-Test for one proportion:The center of Disease Control and prevention reports that 9.4% of the population in the United States is suffering from some form of diabetes. It is a medical fact, that obesity is linked with both forms of diabetes with multiple papers pointing to it. For example, in a survey in 2012 in Florida, a sample of 3482 adult males was examined as part of the NHANES project, all of which had a BMI that would place them in the Obese group. It was found that 48% of them suffered from some sort of diabetes.

1. Create a hypothesis testing to compare the percentage of diabetic people in the obesity group vs the general population. What are your findings?
2. Give a 90% two-sided confidence interval (using Z-scores) for the percentage of having diabetes, given that the person is obese.
