Turkish mining and petroleum affairs directorate is planning to bid three boron mines in Eskiehir. These three locations have 5.000 10.000 and 15.000 metersquare available areas. Currently there are 4 bidder companies for these mines and a single bidding company can not bid more than 30% of total available area i.e, 9000 metersquare, available. The bids per metersquare at all areas has been given in Table1. As represented in Table 1 Bidding company 2 does not want to bid for location 2 and bidding company 3 does not want to bid for location 3.
