Two business partners, Paige and Evan, were furious with each other. They ran a bakery together. However, Evan disagreed with Paige's when she wanted to sell artwork in her bakery. She decided to purchase a few art pieces with the bakery's money to resell. She did not consult Evan. In addition to their working relationship deteriorating over numerous minor disagreements working together, this was the incident that Evan decided was too much for him. He changed all the locks of the business and changed the password to all online accounts. Paige was locked out without access to any records. Evan refused to pay Paige out for her ownership share of the business.
