Two children were unattended by their parent in a Wal-Mart store. While their parent was making a purchase, the children took bicycles from the bike rack in the store and began riding them around the store. One child crashed the bike and required stitches in their leg. The child's parents sued for premises liability because the bikes were not locked, there was no employee present to prevent use, and there was no sign telling the kids not to ride the bikes.
