Two different teams at your company, A and B are planning meetings that happen to be at the same time. There are two conference rooms, Nice Room and Nasty Room. Obviously, both teams would rather be in Nice Room than Nasty Room, but one of them will have to end up in Nasty.

First, assume that both groups are planning their meeting without talking to the other, and so must simultaneously choose which room to plan for. Both A and B prefer Nice too Nasty, but B would really rather not end up in the same place as B, as their meeting has a lot of materials and paperwork, so anyone relocating at the last second would be a big chore.
